Guest guest
I am not positive, but I think the co that helped us a few years ago was Pestec, www.pestec.com. We were also sure we had wasps, but the rep id'd them as honeybees, which made me feel horrible about disrupting them. However, he simply closed up the nest access very efficiently, and they were not a problem after that. The co practices IPM, ( integrated Pest management) and the rep was genuninely concerned about harming the insects , which made a big impression on me. If you can not work with Pestec, UCB probably can make referrals to other IPM-oriented cos. Whateve you do, don't assume they are wasps without a definite id, dont try to move the nest yourself , and (obviously) dont use any chemicals. Good Luck!
