Through the beginning of June 2007, the ad, which displays truthful information about Foster Farms' actual treatment of chickens, will air on The Learning Channel (TLC) and Oxygen networks in addition to The Animal Planet. Urge Foster Farms to improve conditions for birds and stop misleading the public: http://www.fosterfarms.com/about/contact.asp --------------------------- 'Lunardi's Abuse' billboard & newspaper ad debut this week Bragging about its support of battery cage egg production through misleading brochures at store egg sections, Lunardi's Supermarket just doesn't know when to stop. So, the Humane Society of the United States this week erected a billboard about Lunardi's support of animal abuse along Highway 101 in South San Francisco, approximately 1/2 mile from the company's headquarters. In addition, EBAA published a print advertisement in this week's edition of the 'SF Weekly' about Lunardi's rotten egg policy.
