Opinion on carrageenan and health risk?

I am curious to know what people have concluded about Carrageenan and

its 'dangers'. I read conflicting info (of course!) on the web, past

emails on this and on veggie boards.

 

We use Silk brand of soymilk because we like it the best and we do

consume a lot of Soymilk; hence the concern. And I know there are other

organic soymilk brands out there that do not use Carrageenan

 

 

Please remember to respond privately IF you think this topic will

unnecessarily clutter up the group email list.
