SF Chronicle new feature focusing on vegetarian recipes...

There is a new regular article in the Chron featuring vegetarian recipes. I

didn't really care

for the editor's note about " when done well, vegetarian dishes can be just as

exciting... " .

But, alas getting more people to read about vegetarian dishes is a big plus.

I was out of town when Doug first alerted us to this new Chronicle column

highlighting veg cooking (Thanks Doug!).

 

Of course, it's not written by a vegetarian, but perhaps that will have more

sway with non-veg people to try more veggie dishes? In any event, please

check out the column below and send your positive or constructive feedback

to the Chronicle! Suggest your favorite local restaurants, vegan cookbooks,

websites about veg*nism, etc.
