I didn't really care for the editor's note about " when done well, vegetarian dishes can be just as exciting... " . But, alas getting more people to read about vegetarian dishes is a big plus. Of course, it's not written by a vegetarian, but perhaps that will have more sway with non-veg people to try more veggie dishes? In any event, please check out the column below and send your positive or constructive feedback to the Chronicle!
