Veg*n Female Housemate needed for large room in Outer Richmond/$625 per month

We have a large room available in our Outer Richmond Flat. The

room has 4 windows and hardwood floors. The flat is located 13

blocks from the ocean and 3 blocks from Golden Gate Park. It has a

small kitchen, kitchen nook, living room, bathroom with tub/shower,

patio, backyard, washer/dryer and 3 vegans and 3 fuzzy buddies!

 

Rent: $625.00 per month

Move in cost: 1st & last months rent, plus a $200 cleaning deposit.

 

Katy, Courtney, and Nicole are trying to find a forth veg*n

female to complete their wonderful veg flat! They are all in their

20's, love to eat, cook and share vegan food, hike, watch movies and

play with their dogs.

 

Katy is 28, a graduate student at CIIS in the Masters in

Couseling Psy/Expressive Arts Therapy Program. Sierra, is her best

friend, a beautiful and friendly Siberian Husky.

 

Courtney is 23, a supervisor at a local restaraunt. She loves

urban gardening and cooks delishous vegan cuisine! Usha, a lab,

shepard, husky mix, keeps her smiling.

 

Nicole is a Student Liason at the Legal Defence Fund for

Animals. She enjoys educating people, advocating for animals, and

playing with her best bud Alec (a sweet German Shepard).

 

We are trying to find someone who will mesh well with us.

--veg*n (no meat, no fish little to no dairy or animal products)

--female

--in your 20's or early 30's

- non-smoking/ Not cigarette or 420 friendly (2 of the housemates

have asthma)
