Guest guest
Hi folks I just wanted to give an update for those interested in how the class went -- it was exceptional! We had almost 60 people in attendance, and when Chef Alex asked at the beginning how many were new to veg*nism, about half the class raised their hands. This is *precisely* our goal - to introduce non-veg people to wonderful vegan foods. There were lots of good questions asked and answered and lots of good food shared. The class was so well-received that we will be doing another class in February with the same offer -- reasonable price (only $10), and bring a new (non-veg) person for free. Here's some of the feedback received: "Loved it!" "Yum!" "Alex rocked! Great energy and I'm hoping she inspires my friends to go veg!!" "Good food, lots of useful ideas" "Alex was great. The chocolate mousse was amazing. My nonveg friend liked the foods." "Engaging speaker. Great information on the nuts and bolts of beginning vegetarianism. Thanks so much! Really enjoyed the event!" Guest guest
Hi folks Just want to clarify - the offer to bring a non-veg guest for free applies only to the Cooking class, not the Baking class.
