2 rooms available in Outer Richmond flat/ Looking for 2 veg*n housemates

Our flat is located 13 blocks from the ocean and 3 blocks from Golden

Gate Park.

 

1. We have a huge room available aprox 20 by 30 feet. The room has

hardwood floors and two large windows. $725.00 per month for rent.

 

2. We have another room available that's aproximately 18x12, has a

hardwood floor and four windows. $625.00 per month for rent.

 

The flat has a small kitchen, living room, bathroom, washer/dryer

and backyard/patio.

 

Currently there are two housemates, both female, in their 20's and

vegan. Katy is a graduate student in a MA in Counseling

Psychology/Expressive Arts therapy program. Courtney is a

supervisor/cook at a local restaraunt.

 

A husky and a lab/husky mix also live here; they are both cute, fun

and friendly.

 

Please consider the following characteristics before responding to

this posting:

--Female

--Veg*an (no meat, no fish, little or no dairy)

--no smoking (not 420 friendly; one of the housemate's has asthma)

-20's to early 30's

We want to find someone who meshes well with our life styles and who

we can share occasional meals/food with.

Move in cost includes: 1st and last months rent and a $200 cleaning

deposit.
