Guest guest
Hi folks BAVeg is famous for their Vegan Food Parties, showcasing some of the best food to be found in the Bay Area. VFPs are designed by their very food-filled nature to be fun, and it's a great opportunity to connect with new & old friends and try a variety of different foods. And, we encourage people to "animal test" new vegan recipes on hungry volunteers. Everyone is welcome, veg or not. So just a reminder about the Vegan Food Party this weekend. Please use the RSVP link, and our gracious hostess Jina will be sending out directions via email to all those who RSVP. To be a vegetarian is to disagree--to disagree with the course of things today. Starvation, world hunger, cruelty, waste, wars--we must make a statement against these things. Vegetarianism is my statement and I think it's a strong one." -- Isaac Bashevis Singer
