*Adopt Jackson*

 

Jackson, a purebred black lab, has lived outside on fecal-laden concrete for the

last three years. He was purchased from a breeder as a puppy. As he grew up, his

owners decided they did not want to care for him. Today, he lives in an

unsanitary, isolated environment. This energetic & athletic dog is seeking a
