coupon only good for Tue, Wed, Thur during 5 months of the year.

This place is the only place I shop. No preservatives, no additives,

no msg, no mad cow, no coloring, no hydrogenated oils (except Palm

which is natural)

Safeway and Albertson will slowly stock good food like them. (yes,

they are copying them already)

The coupon is at page 35 in the new large SF Yellow Phone pages.

13th St and Folsom next to Office Max

There are some street parking, tons of parking 1 block away at Costco.

If you do your shopping at Office Max, you can park in the parking

lot.

Rainbow has a parking lot that is always full. Best to shop is 8pm,

but then, most of the breads are gone. So maybe in the morning at

10am is a good time to shop.

I don't know why they have such a good coupon, but I know they wanted

the Spanish community nearby to start shopping there too.

The prices might not be the best, but you spend less time at the

doctor's office if you eat healthy foods.

recommendations: bulk items, refill of water, bulk cream

10 cents off if you bring your own grocery bag (Safeway and Albertson

gives around 3 or 5 cents off), you get 5 cents (I think) if you

bring your own bag for the bulk item,

if you bring your own containers for liquid bulk items you can

discounts too. (remember to weight your container before filling it

up)

They got awards for the most environmentally conscious grocery store.

They have solar panels on the roof, battery recycling bins etc..
