Guest guest
On Sunday night, December 24th, the San Francisco Gay Men's Chorus will be in concert at the Castro Theater: http://www.castrotheatre.com/p-list.html This is an amazing concert, I saw it last week, with music from Solstice, Hanukah, Christmas, and the movies. Amazing singing. Three shows at 5, 7 and 9 pm. Ari, Lidia and I will be leafleting before the second show, and we'd love to have your company! We'll meet at 5:30 at the Samavor Tea Lounge: http://www.samovartea.com/ Sanchez and 18th We'll walk over to the Theater and leaflet from 6-7 or 7:30, handing out Free Vegetarian Starter Kits with free recipes. It's going to be a fun, upbeat evening in one of the San Francisco's best neighborhoods. When I attended the show last week, everyone was in a great mood. I would highly recommend staying for the concert after the leafleting! If you are new at leafleting, this will be an easy way to start because of the happy holiday moods. 'Tis the season for giving and sharing, and I think it will be fun to give animals a gift of help, and people the gift of better health and compassion. This is a busy neighborhood, so leave extra time for parking or take public transit. See you there! Alex
