Wanted: Veganauts

Mission: Explore, celebrate and share vegan food with new and old friends at vegetarian restaurants throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.

If you're ready to explore the universe of vegan foods, then join VEGANAUTS for our fourth expedition, MISSION TO EARTH , to one of the Bay Area's best Indian restaurants for authentic Indian cuisine, Komala Vilas .

Our expedition will be for to explore and investigate the simple, delicious, and authentic Sattvic, South Indian cuisine. Preliminary research indicates further examination of the lunch buffet (costs $9), and typically includes the following vegan foods: sambar or rasam served over rice, two other vegetable entrees, and papadam (as many as you can eat, of all). You are *welcome* to invite family and friends to join us, even non-veg ones :-)
