Guest guest
I am hosting an outdooor swing dancing event at Golden Gate Park on Thanksgiving Day, 11-2 p.m. ... when the dancing ends, most people will depart for their family Thanksgiving dinners. The rest of us (probably only about 6 people, I'm thinking) will get together for our own dinner at either a vegetarian restaurant or possibly Kim & Jamie's pot-luck (I already RSVP'ed to Kim about this). The choices for veggie restaurants near Golden Gate Park and OPEN on Thanksgiving are the following: BOK CHOY GARDEN 1820 Clement St (at 19th Avenue) (415) 387-8111 OPEN, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. GOLDEN ERA 2 832 Clement St (9th Ave) (415) 668-4888 OPEN ENJOY VEGETARIAN 754 Kirkham Street (12th Ave) (415) 682-0826 OPEN 11 A.M. TO 5 P.M.ON THANKSGIVING My question is ... which one of thse restaurants do you think would provide the most inviting and abundant feeling and be most suitable for meat-eaters on Thanksgiving? I haven't been to ANY of these three restaurants, so I would really appreciate your input on ambiance, availability of comfort foods, or familiar foods for meat-eaters, etc. Thanks so much for your help! -Rachel
