Huge Room $725/Outer Richmond Available for Vegan Female Our flat is in the Outer Richmond, 13 blocks from the ocean and three blocksfrom Golden Gate Park. The room that is available has a hardwood floor, andis huge; it's approximately 35 by 20 feet. Your rent would be $725.00 permonth. Move in cost would be first month and last months rent and $200cleaning deposit. The room has two large windows that let in a lot of light.We have a small kitchen, cozy living room, bathroom with tub/shower, andwasher and dryer. We also have a fenced in backyard and patio. Our house is and will continue to be entirely vegan. Currently there aretwo housemates, Katy and Courtney, who are both female, vegan, and in their 20's. They both love to cook and eat yummy vegan food. Katy is a grad studentand spends a lot of time working on schoolwork (mostly related to

ExpressiveArts Therapy). Courtney, works as a supervisor at a restaurant,and is very into urban gardening. She is working on planting some raisedveggie beds in our backyard! There are two fuzzy housemates as well, Sierra and Usha; they are both verycute and friendly dogs; Sierra is a Siberian husky and Usha is alab/Sheppard/husky mix. We would appreciate if our future housemate had the followingcharacteristics: 1. Female2. Vegan3. Mid-late 20's4. Non-smoking (Not 420 or cigarette friendly) (One of the housemates hasasthma and can not breathe when there is smoking in or around the house). 5. Tidy and Clean (willing to help with cleaning the house on a weeklybasis). 6. Falls asleep or is very quiet after 11:00 pm. on weekdays (may sound odd,but a past housemate was up until 3:00 am frequently!) 7. Listens to musicand watches movies with the volume at a respectful level (a former

housematewould play music and movies at high volumes and the grad student found itdifficult to study and to sleep). We are simply trying to find someone who will mesh well with our lifestyles, so that everyone who lives in the house feels at home.
