soups are organic: 2 types of soups and at least one of the soup is vegan

Plenty of dessert pies, but vegan desserts will be available at a later time

Take out Salads: simple

the owner is Paul who is a life time vegetarian, his kids and entire family -parents, brothers and sisters are also life time vegetarians. They are originally from England.

go check out this wonderful, clean, newly remodeled place.

the owner is super nice and of course if he had a choice it will be an entirely veggie place *grin*

if we don't get enough veggie customers, the place will resort to selling more meat items.. like a place called "Soup Freaks" which is serving less veggie soups.

I had a Tofu with bean pie and it was GREAT! it was better than the pie I had at Peasant Pie 5 years ago. I think the crust is more moist now.
