November book discussion--Living Among Meat Eaters

Hello vegs,

 

I wanted to send a reminder about the November 12th

book discussion on Living Among Meat Eaters. This book is awesome

because it addresses the social issues that as vegs we face every

day. Like it or not, we are living in a predominantly

carnivorous world, and for many of us that is the biggest challenge

of being a veg. This discussion will allow us to dig into ourselves

and reassess how we feel about being vegs, what our worst and best

experiences are, our biggest peeves, the most hysterical " comments "

we've received, how we interpret our relations with meat-eaters, and

how we deal with " predators " !
