Hi all,

 

Join Bay Area Vegetarians as we write letters to the editor, letters

to state, county, and federal legislators and officials encouraging

compassion to animals, etc. Over some of the best food in the Bay

Area, we will advocate for animals in letters to businesses and

elected officials.

 

Novices, gurus, vegans, and non-vegetarians are all welcome. You

should also feel free to bring any issues that you feel strongly about.

New activists are encouraged to attend!

 

It's helpful if you can also bring:

-pen and paper

-envelopes

-name of your State & Federal legislators (click here)

-veg or animal rights topics to write on, or use the ones we provide.

 

We will be meeting at the BayLeaf Cafe, a charming and all vegan/

organic cafe in downtown Palo Alto. They now serve MaggieMudd's vegan

ice cream and other yummy desserts.

 

This is a monthly event, typically happening on the 3rd or 4th

Sunday. Please check calendar for details.
