It will be from 6:30-7:30, in front of the Opera (301 Van Ness Ave) . When we're done we'll go to dinner at Golden era, if you feel like some yummy vegetarian food and camaraderie. Dress code: Fabulous. This will be a good protest to join if you're new to activism and want to "try it out." It will be easy and comfortable, with some experienced local activists on hand to answer questions. Also a good protest to join if you're frustrated with the current fur situation and you really want to make a difference for animals. In the past 12 months PETA has convinced major clothing retailers like Ann Taylor, J. Crew and Ralph Lauren (and others) to stop selling fur. Time for the next one!
