Guest guest
Hello, many restaurant managers make assumptions based on the front of a package without reading full product label. I manage a large food facility and looking into our dry storage reading labels I have been very surprised what actually has animal additives. Most commercial blends of wild and short grain rice have chicken fat and almost all pastas in restaurants contain eggs.
