Guest guest
Hi everyone, There are still 4 spaces available for the vegan baking class this Saturday, August 26 in Mill Valley. Please read class information below and let me know if you would like to attend. We also received wonderful feedback from last month's class. Please see below. I hope to see you there! Best regards, Christine What if you could bake vegan cakes, 10 times better than the ones you could buy in the store for just a few dollars? A store bought vegan cake can cost $27.00 and usually tastes like it's missing something! This Vegan Baking Class will teach you step by step the simple secrets behind vegan baking so that you can easily do it yourself. All participants will receive a printed recipe, samples, and individual instruction. For only $10.60, you will learn how to bake the best vegan Cream Cheese, Chocolate Chip Bundt Cake that you've ever tasted (vegan or otherwise). Baking vegan cakes can be challenging. Most old- fashioned bundt cake recipes call for 1 cup of butter, 1 cup of buttermilk or sour cream, and at least 4 eggs. So how do we enjoy a light and fluffy flavorful cake without all the eggs, butter, and dairy? After going vegan 3 years and hearing people tell me, " You will never eat great desserts again, " I decided to prove them wrong and have since dedicated myself to creating great vegan desserts. Now I am ready to share my kitchen tested recipes with you. I guarantee all your friends and family will be begging for MORE vegan cake please!
