two ideas for VFPs

hi everyone,

 

i'm interested in possibly hosting three THEMED vegan food parties

this year.

 

1. A vegan pizza party and I would hope that the pizza would be hand-

made. It would be a vegan pizza-tasting party.

2. A " tofu cheese roll " party. If you've ever been to Bok Choy Garden,

they make fried yuba (tofu skin) stuffed with tofu mix and it's like a

blintz or cheese roll. YUM. You could stuff it with a multitude of

ingredients. They are super easy to make once you get the hang of

soaking and rolling the yuba.

3. Vegan mexican party.

 

i live in pacifica. it would be on a saturday

or sunday early evening. Any interest?
