Guest guest
Dear Animal Activists, Companions, Guardians, Lovers, Liberators and Vigilers: GOOD NEWS: The protest vigils at UCSF resume on the 3rd Thursday of July - July 20th - and thereafter on the 3rd Thursday of the month through the year's end. So, please mark your calendars: Vigil at UCSF, 513 Parnassus Ave, San Francisco Thursday, July 20, 4:30 PM (till 5:30 or 6 PM) (and each month thereafter on the 3rd Thursday of the month) Help us keep the pressure on UCSF to change their vivisection practices - and to let them know that we remain vigilant on behalf of the thousands of animals within their facilities throughout the city. By the way, the most recent Vigil newsletter will be available - with the latest updates on dogs (ab)used in medical experiments at UCSF, as well as a revealing article about the living conditions of monkeys in research labs, written by a veterinarian who once worked in a primate research lab. Hope you can attend. Bob O'Brien PS: If you cannot make it to the vigil and you would like a copy of newsletter, please send a stamped self-addressed envelope to me, Bob O'Brien, 311 - 11th Ave, #15, San Francisco, CA 94118 Everyone is raving about the all-new Mail Beta.
