The monthly Bay Leaf Cafe Letter Writing Party is a low-key and food-filled

animal advocacy

event. Over some of the best veg food in the area, we will voice our opposition

to the

suffering of many powerless animals in letters to businesses and elected

officials.

Novices, gurus, guvices, vegans, and non-vegetsarians are all welcome. I will

bring a

variety of issues to discuss and write about, and you should feel free to share

any issues that

you care strongly about.

Bay Area Vegetarians also holds letter writing parties in Berkeley and San
