Hello all,

Please forgive if this is obvious to some, I'm new to making my own

nutmilk, and I cannot find the name of who I was corresponding with

about this. Any suggestions on what to do with the what's left in the

cheescloth after the straining? It smells good and seems a shame to

just toss. I live in an apt. building that has no compost garden or

collection, and all my friends who use compost have more than they

need. I tried searching for recipes at the vegcooking website, but

couldn't find anything using nut milk fiber or whatever you would call

this stuff. Next time I'm at Rainbow Grocery, I'll look for Joanne

Stepaniek's book (I think it's called UnCheese or something like that),

but I thought I would ask here first in case someone has a ready

answer.

Thank you!

Does anyone have a good recipe or two? I have the problem - lots of left over fiber and I'm clueless about a good thing to do with it. Thanks. Sneak preview the all-new .com. It's not radically different. Just radically better.
