Only quality, organic ingredients from local food purveyors are used. Vegan Soy Cheese can be substituted to create four unique vegan pizzas baked in a "brick oven." Vegan soups are available such as cucumber gazpacho. Salads such as Bolinas Beat salad can be served on flatbread or alone. Please RSVP for dinner so we can plan accordingly.
