Guest guest
This is part of a letter I received regarding animal testing. Does anyone understand what " in-vitro assays " means? Every new product is first evaluated using a series of in-vitro assays to establish non-toxicity and ocular safety. Only after passing these initial studies do we begin testing on human volunteers. These studies include exaggerated conditions to determine the potential for irritation, stinging, allergic reactions and phototoxicity. Thanks, Kim
