Does anyone know if there are vegan choices available at CPK and if not,

what items can be made vegan?

The CPK restaurants have a list of vegan and vegetarian ingredients that you can look at. I've been told verbally and in writing that the Pea and Barley soup is vegan (and it is so good). The hummous is vegan, but the pita that comes with it has honey in it, so you can ask them to substitute the neopolitan flat bread instead, which they say is vegan. Most salads can be made vegan, and I get vinegar and oil on the side. They have edamame you can add to the salad. The candied walnuts that come on one of the salads has honey. I think some of the pizzas with the neopolitan crust can be made vegan, but I haven't had them.

 

 

They've been very accomodating to my vegan requests.
