Guest guest
Hi Everyone, I received phone calls today about two special needs rabbits on the euthanasia list at local shelters--one in South Bay and one in East Bay. Both rabbits are "special needs", but don't really require any medical attention---just love and good care. 1. One bunny is a very gentle and sweet New Zealand Rabbit with a broken back leg. The leg is likely already healed and the bunny is mobile, but the leg juts out. Because the leg is imperfect and the rabbit is one of the larger white bunnies, who are already hard to place, the bunny is on the euthanasia list at the shelter. VERY sweet and loving bunny. Long-term foster or adopter urgently needed. 2. GORGEOUS, very sweet and easy to handle BLIND rex girl bunny is on the euthanasia list for tomorrow morning. We are trying to buy time. No special care needed, just love and a consistent environment. Long-term foster or adopter urgently needed. If you are in a position to help with either of these rabbits, please contact me ASAP. Thank you ! Marcy SchaafChapter ManagerSaveABunnySan Francisco/ Marin HRSwww.saveabunny.com415-388-2790
