vegan McCartney foods (was McCartney foods selling to Nestle?)

In the UK, the McCartney product line is much more vegan-friendly. I fondly remember these little pot pies filled with gravy and faux minced beef pieces. Very yummy. They also had these great sausage rolls. We'd find them in a regular grocery store (like a Safeway's), even in a small town. They weren't low fat but they were highly delicious!

 

Anyways, it's my understanding that the marketing rights for the food product is different between the UK and US.
