Guest guest
If you were going to feed vegan food to a large group of meat-eating adolescents, what recipes would you choose? My vegan cooking classes are normally full of adults, slightly yuppie/gourmet/progressive-leaning/healthy-eating adults. So polenta is acceptable. I just found out that the May 17 Bay Area Veg cooking class, in the Marin Community Center, will be mostly for teenagers. This is GREAT outreach for the animals, and I’m very excited, but…what do I feed them?!? Something tells me polenta with a cabernet marinara just isn’t going to cut it. Any and all suggestions much appreciated! Thank you, Alex
