Interestingly enough, if Sparks was still open, it would be top rated restaurant in the Ultimate Guide with a rating of 4.67. Currently the top rated restaurant is Good Karma with a 4.5

But, while Sparks is no longer open, we still have an opportunity to benefit from Alex's culinary skills. Did anyone try the scramble seasoning?? Yumm!!! Much better (and cheaper) to make yourself than buy a box mix.
