South Bay dinner is Sat., Mar. 11 at 7 pm at Vegetarian House in San Jose

**I will be out of town this month and am looking someone to host the

March event for me. I will reserve the table for you; you show up a

bit early to greet new and returning veg folk, and answer questions

from newcomers.**

 

Join Bay Area Vegetarians for our monthly dinner outing at the

International Vegetarian House, 520 E. Santa Clara Street, 13th &

Santa

Clara, in downtown San Jose!

 

If you have not been to Vegetarian House, it is a local landmark and

deserves your attention. Founded by the Supreme Master Ching Hai, it

is

almost 100% vegan and serves over 100 dishes. The restaraunt is a

museum of the founder's accomplishments, including a running video of

her many lectures, a library of her books and videos and even a

collection of manequins donning her own fashion designs. This is not

to

be missed. Parking is easy in their free lot.
