Guest guest
Hi folks, Just a heads-up to folks who enjoy dining at Vegetarian Gourmet in San Mateo - there is typically ample street parking, unmetered, in the immediate area of the restaurant. Sometimes, however, it does fill-up. On those cases, it may be tempting to park in the empty corner parking lot for KELLY MOORE PAINTS directly across the street. Please do NOT park there. The lot is being monitored and illegally parked cars are being towed -- even after hours when the KELLY MOORE store is closed. So, save yourself a parking ticket (and donate the money to an animal charity instead!) -- do not park in the empty KELLY MOORE parking lot if you are dining at Vegetarian Gourmet. The food is always good at Vegetarian Gourmet and worth a visit. Peggy's BAVEG dinner is the 3rd Friday every month and an enjoyable opportunity to share a variety of foods family-style with others. http://www.bayareaveg.org/ug/display.htm?id=561 Cheers, Tammy Map it Veg! http://www.frappr.com/baveg http://www.frappr.com/vegetarians ____ "This is my protest against the conduct of the world. To be a vegetarian is to disagree--to disagree with the course of things today. Starvation, world hunger, cruelty, waste, wars--we must make a statement against these things. Vegetarianism is my statement and I think it's a strong one." -- Isaac Bashevis Singer
