a genuine champion of environmental movements and a genuine champion of peace movements. II. The Case of Serbia In this short essay, I will be discussing the case of Serbia as a glaring proof that Albert Gore is a fake champion of the environmental movements and fake champion of peace movements. Albert Gore did not protest Emperor Bill Clinton's use of "dirty bombs" against Serbia during the 8-year reign of terror of the Clinton-Gore Administration from 1993 to 2000. Serbia during the Clinton-Gore Administration was in the middle of a seccessionist movement. The Clinton-Gore Administration meddled in the internal affairs of Serbia. What is criminal about the Clinton-Gore Administration is that the Clinton-Gore Administration used "dirty bombs" against a small state like Serbia. The Clinton-Gore

Administration has no right to meddle in the internal affairs of Serbia. The Clinton-Gore Administration has no right to use "dirty bombs" against a small state like Serbia. This is outrageous! This is a war crime on the part of Bill Clinton and Albert Gore for unjustly using "dirty bombs" against Serbia. III. The Dirty Bomb What is a "dirty bomb" in the first place? Mankind is not aware of the dangers of the "dirty bomb". A "dirty bomb" is a micro atomic bomb as a kitten is a small cat. A "dirty bomb" is a radioactive bomb in a strictest scientific terminology. The "dirty bomb" was developed by scientists after Word War 2. The dirty bomb is the latest worry for mankind. The "dirty bomb" not only kills people but it also destroys the environment on a long-term basis. Lands that are hit by

"dirty bomb" cannot be used for agricultural, industrial and residential purposes for decades. The "dirty bomb" causes many diseases such as cancer, leukemia. The effects of dirty bomb lingers for decades even after a short two-year war is over. IV. Radioactive Warfare The dirty bomb leads to a new type of war called "radioactive warfare" which is more dangerous than a "chemical warfare" but less threatening than a "nuclear warfare". What is the difference between "chemical warfare", "radioactive warfare" and "nuclear warfare" ? In a "chemical warfare", non-radioactive chemicals are used to kill people and the environment. In a "radioactive warfare", radioactive chemicals are used to kill small population and destroy relatively small land area

like what happened to Serbia. But the effects of radioactive warfare lingers on for decades compared to "chemical warfare". In a "nuclear warfare", super large bombs of radioactive chemicals are used to destroy a large population and a large land area like what happened in Hiroshima and Nagasaki. V. War Criminals Netherlands arrested the president of Serbia for war crimes in the World Court based in Hague, Netherlands. But, Serbia can make a counter-attack by filing war crimes against Emperor Bill Clinton and Vice Emperor Albert Gore for using "radioactive bombs" against Serbia. The use of "radioactive bombs" violated many international agreements such as the Geneva Convention, international health agreements against cancer and anti-proliferation of nuclear weapons agreement. I will definitely support Serbia's right to file a billion-dollar claim lawsuit against Bill Clinton and Albert Gore for health damages and land damages due to radioactive bombs. VI. Environment Criminals I proposed the establishment of an environmental crimes court called "Earth Court of Justice". I believe Bill Clinton and Albert Gore should be arrested as an "environmental criminals" when the Clinton-Gore Administration used radioactive bombs against Serbia. Albert Gore is definitely a fake champion of environment movement since Albert Gore allowed the use of radioactive bombs which is far more dangerous than global warming. Which is more dangerous? Global warming or radioactive bombs? Of course, radioactive bomb is far more threatening to mankind than

global warming. Of course, radioactive bomb is far more dangerous to planet earth than global warming. Albert Gore is preaching the dangers of global warming. What about the radioactive bombs that Albert Gore used against Serbia? VII. Conclusion Norway's choice of Albert Gore for the Nobel Peace Laureate in 2007 was the greatest mistake ever made. It is a faux pas. Norway not only insulted the people of Serbia. Norway insulted mankind!!! Norway glorifies "war criminals" and "environmental criminals" like Albert Gore. I wonder if Norway would be brave enough to reconsider its decision. If Norway does not reconsider its decision, Norway will surely be a butt of jokes and lose its standing in the international community. Norway already loss its credibility as a champion of peace when Norway openly supported the female tyrant, power-grabber Gloria Arroyo over a legitimate president of the Philippines, Joseph Estrada in the year 2001. Quo vadis, Norway?
