Permission to CROSSPOST!! Had Agent John Owens been left to do his job, this case would have been resolved months ago and the horses take then. Instead, there are now two dead horses and the rest look like walking skeletons. Comment:This is the Horse Case that could have been resolved months ago if John Owens had been left in power to do his job!!---Story:Emaciated horses confiscated by county Humane AgencySTOUT - Two agents from the Scioto County Humane Agency and a Scioto County sheriff's deputy descended on the property of Alice Stone at 429 Tram Road, Stout, shortly after 7 p.m. Wednesday to confiscate four adult horses and a colt considered grossly underweight, starving and dehydrated. Another horse had been found dead days before, and apparently had been buried
