Item 1 begins with a new book by Peter Dale Scott, called:

 

The Road to 9/11: Wealth, Empire, and the Future of America.

Next is an open letter by the ‘Jersey Girls’ to members of the US Senate

Judiciary Committee, regarding Attorney General Alberto Gonzales’

Congressional testimony on July 24, 2007. The letter states: “During

Gonzales' testimony, it became abundantly clear that Americans were

witnessing the unraveling of the fabric of America. We do not feel that

this is an overstatement..” If anything it may be an understatement, as

following resources in this item indicate. Note, too, the new radio ads

and poster calling for a general strike and new investigation on this

September 11.

Item 2 covers more on a corrupt justice system. First is from a court

case in Boston, which provided families with $101 Million from an FBI

wrongful conviction case. Next is on Leonard Peltier, a Native American

who has been in jail for more than three decades, who will be lucky if he

gets out alive; and Zolo Agona Azania, an African American, where the

courts in Indiana are trying to execute him for a third time.

Item 3 is more on the earthquake in Japan and the fallout that could help

stop the insane justification that nuclear power is good for our

environment.
