Guest guest Posted June 10, 2007 Report Share Posted June 10, 2007 this is sama, from the uk. i just wanted to share a little something with you all. last monday night, i was fortunate enough to be able to rescue a little west highland white terrier. her name is google, and she is the light of my life. she was kept in a garden, on a chain, and had a litter before she was a year old, which i think is appalling. she was swung by her front legs, by the children who lived there, and finally, because she cried, a neighbour tipped a can of white spirit ALL OVER HER. this burned her, and she was very distressed. she came home on monday night, and from then on, she has made me her own! we sleep together at night (i woke this morning to a head on the pillow, and a paw planted firmly on my nose!)and she is eating like a very small horse! she is gaining weight, is exercised well, and adores travelling in the car! she is an absolute joy, and has made me so very happy. at least there's the odd happy ending, folks! sama Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
