Guest guest
Whale and Dolphin Conservation Society Save the belugasWe need your help to save a small population of beluga whales from extinction. There are now only around 300 belugas left living in Cook Inlet, off the coast of Anchorage, Alaska. They continue to face threats from the oil, shipping and fishing industries. WDCS is calling for the population to be listed as “endangered” by the US Government, so that they can receive protection under the US Endangered Species Act. Please write to Dr Hogarth, the US Government representative who will make this decision. Please make sure you add your own words the e-mail, politely expressing your concern and desire to protect this species. Thank you. http://wdcs-uk.org/e_campaigns/e_campaigns/campaigns.php?select=campaign6
