Earth Warrior with a PURPOSE

I'm trying to start a new organization called PURPOSE – People

United Rightly Protecting Our Sacred Earth – and you're invited to

join our cause... we need your help. Together we can make a

difference. Please join and ask others to join us. Here is a way

to show you care, and to get in on the ground floor. Be a part of

something that may just grow big enough to change the world. to

inform, educate, invigorate kids, parents, students, educators,

politicians, leaders… to instill passion into the public psyche

about the importance of saving and protecting what is most sacred to

us… this one big village where we all live called Earth… our very

existence depends on it. This passion to protect and save each

other and all life on our planet needs to become a way of life for

all of us. We are all connected, all related to each other, family

members of vast diversity, connected not only to each other but to

all living creatures, to all life. When one part of us is hurt or

dies off, it destroys a little bit in every one of us, and

eventually we all die off and are forgotten forever.

 

We need volunteers and more ideas, people to help us set up a non-

profit organization, to help us put together a better website, to

help us come up with a mission, goals, plans, to help us find a way

to protect our sacred earth, to save our planet from a plethora of

vast wrongdoings. Some of the evils we are talking about include:

Global Warming, Ocean Dead Zones, Pollution, Endangered Species,

Violence, and more. We're also intereseted in Human Rights,

protecting the environment and wildlife, and providing tips, links,

news and information to help save the planet.

 

I'm sure you know of many other concerns, and many of you will tell

me there are already organizations helping to fix these problems.

Actually, there are more than a million non-profit organizations in

the U.S., but the problems are still here and growing larger every

day. PURPOSE may be a way for people to find good non-profit

charitable organizations helping to save the planet, and PURPOSE

will work hard to promote their programs, but I think our main goal

will be to inform, educate, and to try to find a way to change the

way we live, to incorporate recycling, non-violence and other great

ideas so that they become habit, something we just don't think

about, but something we actually do without having to think about

it. PURPOSE may just become the purpose people need.
