Mr. Sarris is involved in two lawsuits, one brought against him by neighbors who are complaining that Mr. Sarris' activities are bothering them and denying them enjoyment of their property and one brought by Mr. Sarris against the Town of Clifton Park for denying him use of property as a land conservation tract een though it is zoned as such. The Town has advocated for an irrational interpretation of permitted activities that would preclude any use of property in an LC zone and the town should settle the lawsuit that Mr. Sarris has brought by permitting him to conduct his wildlife rehabilitation activities.
