She intercepted some geezer dumping 7 two-three wk. old kittens at the South L.A. shelter. The dumper refused to take them back until they were old enough to be adopted. Chela couldn't allow them to be euth'd. While construction is being done on Chela's house, she is living in one room with all her dogs in a very cat-unfriendly situation. She has no way to warm milk and works 11-hour shifts. IF YOU CAN HELP OR KNOW OF ANY RESCUERS WHO WILL ACCEPT BOTTLE-BABIES PLEASE CALL CHELA IMMEDIATELY AT 323-327-7998.
