Last month, we reported on our legal victory restricting the U.S. Navy's

use of lethal mid-frequency sonar during a massive international

military exercise in the waters off Hawaii. This win was an important

step forward in our long-term campaign to protect whales and other

marine life from the deadly impacts of military sonar. Now, we must

build more public pressure on the Navy to take common-sense precautions

to protect whales during sonar training throughout U.S. waters.

 

Tell the Secretary of the Navy to obey the Marine Mammal Protection Act

by taking measures to protect whales during sonar training.
