HLS Auditor's Partner - Other Interests

John C. Guttilla, who is a partner in HLS auditor firm, Rotenberg

Meril Solomon Bertiger & Guttilla PC (RMSB & G), is also a director of

Orchids Paper Products.

 

We feel his other business interests should be made aware of his

support for unacceptable animal cruelty which takes place inside

Huntingdon Life Sciences and also his part in a fraud by signing off

HLS's accounts under a false company name (Hugh Scott PC).

 

So please do drop the senior management of Orchids Paper Products a

line and ask them to make a choice, do they really want to have a man

who supports animal abuse and fraud on their board or do they feel

they could do better without being associated with such an individual?

Dear Mr Sage & Mr Schroeder,

 

I am writing to you to let you know that one of your directors (John

C. Guttilla) who, as you know, is a partner at Rotenberg Meril Solomon

Bertiger & Guttilla PC, is complicit in a fraud by signing off the

accounts of one of their clients, Huntingdon Life Sciences, under a

false name - Hugh Scott PC.

 

The reason they have done this is to try and hide their identity

because they know that what their client does is utterly shocking and

most normal people are appalled by it.

 

Their client, Huntingdon Life Sciences, is the world's most

controversial animal testing company, it has a criminal record, and

has even at one point had its license to vivisect revoked because of

extreme animal cruelty and abuse.

 

Do you really want a man like John Guttilla on your board? He brings

with him the stench of death, after all without his firm HLS would be

unable to stay in business killing some 500 animals every single day.

Not only that, he has participated in a fraud by signing the HLS

accounts under a made up name. Not the sort of business one would

want to be associated with?
