Benefits for our State: Spay & Neuter Campaigns, especially TNR are

extremely vital to our local communities. Oftentimes, we see posts &

emails from volunteers asking for assistance with a TNR campaign,

needing help or ideas on how to educate a neighborhood on the

benefits of S/N, or just plain honest feedback on what other ideas

are out there. We have an opportunity to learn from an expert who

has devoted her life to Spay & Neuter.

public is totally unaware of the dire need for proper animal control.

I believe we can’t expect the public to help fix a problem they don’t
