this the FAR WEST?

Please

first read the message below – u n b e l i e v a b l e !

 

Now

I am asking you :

Is

Zemun situated in the Far

West?

Are

citizens in your country allowed to go and murder animals in the streets, just

like that?

Is

your country maybe populated - not by criminal dogs and cats – but by

raging fools?

Is

the world-wide reputation of your country not bad enough?

Not

enough bloodshed in the past years?

 

If

your country has an overpopulation of stray animals, then bear in mind that

these creatures are INNOCENT and that they don’t deserve bad treatment

and killings – which can’t be said of some humans.

The

problem can be solved in a humane way , this is : a Trap-neuter-return

system/program. As long as animals are not sterilized, the problem will

persist, because it is a well-known fact that the killed ones will always and within a

short term be replaced by newborn

animals.

 

Please

give my comments to your government and to the concerned authorities. Please

ask them to adopt a good neutering program with the help of animal welfare

organisations.

The criminals should be STOPPED IMMEDIATELY and

severely punished! Who is behind

this " Association for Citizen Protection

Zemun " ?

I

am sure that you will agree with me: a civilised country can’t tolerate

this kind of irresponsible and cruel behaviour.

Otherwise

Serbia

and Montenegro

will be doomed to be the outcast of Europe.

Warning for residents of

Zemun

after all pleas and

appeals to city officials and since no one had time to give us an answer, we

are in need to take our own step and destroy stray dogs that is raging thru our

neighborhood | " Sava Kovacevic "

There for we have to Warn

citizens about our action - " distorting of stray dogs " which will take

place at July 16. 2005.

from 08am until 12pm, that's why we ask from residents of following streets:

Mice Radakovica, Dragan

Rakic, Sava Buric, Prvomajska,

to stay away from streets

in this period of time, because they can be harmed in this action

" destroying of street dogs " !
