Was My Face RED

I read this in the 'Woman's World Magazine.' I though it was cute, and it made me laugh because it reminded me of time when my Dad did something very similar!

"Was My Face RED"

Out Of, 'Woman's World Magazine'

I went to my son & daughter-in-law's house

for a dinner party & I was very hungry.

I noticed several bowls of crackers on the

kitchen counter waiting to be set out,

and I helped myself.

They tasted a little funny,

so I quickly spit them out.

Just as I was doing so,

my daughter-in-law walked in

& asked what I had eaten.

I told her,

and she began to laugh

hysterically,

stopping only to say that I

had tried the new puppy treats

she was going to put on the floor

for the dog!

Except my Dad thought he had bought a new bag of cookies, that did look like the real thing! And not reading the small print, where it had stated, Dog Treats, he ate away! He says to my brother, who was with him at the time; "They taste kind of funny." So my brother looked at the bag of cookies, a little more closer, when he discovered 'Dog Treats.'
