Guest guest
Dear World-weary of the wrong-minded zealous malthusiasts enthused to malthuse the mammal the animal and the winged, the weathered and the worn and wronged species When it comes to culling the herd did anyone think of the species of homosapian who think reproducing in any quantity is their right and privalege. Did they ever think of the resourses required and waste one human produced? Did they ever think of the infringement the other species are suffering from the human feces (sic). The organization EarthFirst can say it better than I can. It would be nice to consider a big clam bake for the viagra and the avider and make room for the species that can roam free without crawling into the human dump sites and "disturbing the human feces. I do love human if the human race is humane... But even a cockroach think to abort when in danger. Let's promote adoption for the infertile... Lot's of money for the medical establishment when the sodden and sad infertile can't have a zerox of themselves to crap up the world... When Roumanian government abandonded abortion they have a gazillion glue sniffing humans around and those under age urchins could have a better life if some one would go to adopt them to their wonderful middle class upper class home and have the privalege to have a decent life. It's not their fault to be born. Think, think, think, we are in our 6th extinction and time is running out... I do as many good deeds as I can an I am a simple mendicant... Raising children is not what I was put here for but to help where I can, I feel an honor when an oppertunity comes my way to do SOMETHING GOOD... Does this occur to the curs of the herds??? They have the McDonalds Mad cow meat that is making 40% more in profit for storing their frozen meat up to four years and taking it out when the beef prices go up... yeck! Then what a bunch of manure when they give disease to the children but ooohhh how nice that they have that doofus clown charactor for the children with cancer. IT'S A CRIME.... AND IT'S A CRIME THEY ARE NOT PAYING A DIME FOR. THEY RELY ON THE GULLIBILITY OF THE MASSES... they sponsoring this and that so the blood stains on their hands are gloved. IT'S a giagantic contridiction and a henious crime and disception THINK THINK THINK P.E.J. perpetuated on the unthinking gullible public....THINK, Think THINK... YOU CAN FOOL ALL OF THE PEOPLE SOME OF THE TIME... to have that opportunity Glickman37 wrote: E-mail Letters to the Editor: HeraldedMiami-Dade Commissioner Natacha Seijas111 NW 1st StreetSuite 320 Miami, FL 33128Phone: 305-375-4831Fax: 305-375-2011-Posted on Mon, Nov. 22, 2004MIAMI-DADEhttp://www.miami.com/mld/miamiherald/news/local/10242269.htm'Dumb' manatees get a drubbingBY DANIEL A. RICKERwatchdogreport1During a discussion last week about Miami-Dade's manatee protection plan, some county commissioners raised concerns that its rules are overlyrestrictive. The issue was revision of the county manatee plan to bring its language intoconformity with state legislation passed in 2002 -- a legal requirement.Wildlife officials described the changes as minor.Commissioner Natacha Seijas, a critic of some environmental guidelines, noted she had some manatees in the canal behind her home. ''As dumb as theyalways are, they keep floating back and forth, and I need Department ofEnvironmental Resource Management to come and pick them up,'' Seijas said, referring to the county's environmental agency.''I am not a lover of manatees,'' Seijas said later. ``As far as I amconcerned, they are from Cuba. . . . I am glad they are here, [but] I wantto know how big that herd is because if that herd is way too big, it is timeto find something else to do with it.''Commissioner Bruno Barreiro said he was in favor of manatee protection butworries that the regulations might impede construction of new marinas.''There is a huge shortage of [boat] slips,'' he said. ``Slip prices aresky-high.''Susan Markley, chief of DERM's natural resource division, said commissionersstill have the final say on requests for ``major marine facilities that cometo this board.''She also noted the county would have to consider the impact of any newmarina on mangroves, sea grass and water depth.Said Commissioner Jose ''Pepe'' Diaz: ``It is one thing to protect and tolook at how to nurture these particular animals, but the other thing is notto go overboard and take it to extremes.''The County Commission ultimately passed the changes on a 9-4 voice vote, with concerns raised by Seijas, Barreiro, Diaz and Commissioner Rebeca Sosa.Rodney Barreto, chairman of the Florida Fish & Wildlife ConservationCommission, told the Watchdog Report Friday that the required changes to theplan were small ''housekeeping'' revisions. He said as of the last count, the number of manatees in the herd ``is at anall-time high.''
