If you cannot afford to pay the 15 $ especially those

living in poor countries, then just submit three

copies of poetry book to:

> San Jose CA 95131, USA

A published poet cannot nominate himself or herself

but a poet critic or a poet enthusiast or a poetry

publisher may nominate a poet's book for the best

poetry book.
