Guest guest
Sure, Kerry has a decent voting record on animal-related issues. But once again, he's flip-flopping. According to this article (http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,136153,00.html), Kerry went goose-hunting today, in my home state of Ohio, simply to show that he has things " in common " with the average man. I think hunting is wrong. But to take the lives of defenseless, innocent animals simply to portray oneself in a new light? This is totally wrong. In a follow-up article (http://www.ohionewsnetwork.com/Global/story.asp?S=2460887 & nav=LQlCSF8K), Kerry ended up killing a goose and acting proudly. Is this really the guy we, as animal welfare and rights activists, want at the forefront of our country? I would not want to know the fate of any species if Kerry suddenly saw its cruelty as the new fad.
