Guest guest
PLEASE sign this petition - let's use our tax dollars for spay/neuter, rather than rounding up animals and putting them down. Spay/neuter is the only way to change things. www.petsandanimals.org Every year 6 million homeless dogs, cats, puppies & kittens are killed in public county kill shelters all across America. That's 16,000 precious animals' lives that are needlessly killed everyday with no voices fighting to help save them from Death Row. Project Spay/Neuter needs your animal loving help and support to be a voice for those who can not speak and to sign the petition today to help pass mandatory FREE spay and neuter laws in every state in America. The petition requests that the state implement: A. A statewide Free Spay/Neuter program for all public county kill shelters to provide free spay/neutering services to all county residents. This program would be cloned to duplicate the same free spay/neuter program that has already been implemented at the Miami- Dade Police Animal Services shelter in Dade County, Florida.. B. A special pet adoption, spay / neuter educational awareness marketing and advertising budget for public kill shelters to use to help save and adopt more homeless animals into more communities. This budget would include but would not be limited to television, cable T.V., radio, website, newspapers, bill boards, city buses and print pet adoption advertising to help increase pet adoption rates, while helping to decrease the number of healthy adoptable homeless animals from being needlessly killed and more homeless animals from being born. C. A no-kill time limit shelter policy for any healthy adoptable animals that will not be killed when they are received at a public county kill shelter facility, if that public kill shelter has not reached their maximum overcapacity conditions if both the above A & B guidelines are passed. We would like to thank you in memory of every dog, cat, puppy, and kitten that we were unable to save, and for those we all can try to help save through your support. Sincerely, Brenda Beck - President Pets & Animals in Distress / PAW
